Welcome to Awaken the Self, a breath & sound journey, where each breath is a journey and every sound is a melody of serenity.
Join us on a transformative exploration of Self using your breath in a practice that invites you to dive deep within and discover the calm and profound connection that resides within you. In this weekly breathwork class, we focus on consciously breathing with intent; using multiple down-regulation breath patterns as a powerful tool for resetting the  nervous system and reconnecting with your heart, mind, body, and soul.
Each week we focus on calming the nervous system and reestablishing harmony within; allowing you to open to new thoughts and beliefs grounded in your own truth.
The third Thursday of every month brings together the magic of a live sound bath with Krista Pfohl. We will also practice up-regulation breathing techniques in a hybrid journey. Together these practices help you access and release stuck emotions and energy, allowing for profound healing and transformation.
Integration is an important key to any practice where healing and transformation happen; after each class, you'll have the opportunity to reflect, integrate, and embody the lessons and insights gained throughout the month.
Whether you're new to breathwork or a seasoned practitioner, joining us will deepen your practice. Our drop-in rate is either $22 (Jo) or $44 (Jo & Krista).
